this place offers both the breath-taking views of the ocean as well as the
entertaining sight of partygoers and lovebirds striding just below and along
the boardwalk. Once the restaurant of one of Vallarta's first hotels, where celebreties from The Night of the Iguana were regulars, now Tequilas has served locals and tourists for15 years. The atmosphere is Mexican, with mariachis setting
the mood every evening. The menu blends in with this ambiance offering
creative entreés that add a Mexican flavor to dishes fromall over
the world. Obviously, a must-try at Tequilas is their ample selection
of tequila cocktails, such as the taste-bud-expanding Sangrita Verde,
a tangy mix of orange and lemon juice, mint, coriander and green chilli.
