HORSE BACK
Saddle up and enjoy your day at the very unique Rancho Sierra Madre. On your ride you will be reminded of the cowboys of the old west as you pass through quaint Mexican villages, rivers and tropical vegetation, complete with papaya, mango and banana plantations. Don´t forget your bathing suit as the highlight of your ride will be swimming in the Mascota River - on horseback! After your ride you can rejuvenate yourself in our soothing volcanic mineral hot springs.

Back at the ranch we will rustle up some grub with your choice of beef, chicken or vegetarian fajitas, all served on handmade corn tortillas. At the Hacienda Doña Engracia you will have the opportunity to spend time touring the grounds, where there is something to experience for all ages: a tequila factory, wall climbing, mini canopy and a man made lake stocked with large mouthed black bass and tilapia ready to bite.

This genuine working ranch will excite and inform everyone who visits. After spending the day riding, relaxing and learning about the Arabian horse nursery and African ostriches you are guaranteed to wear a smile, just like your horse!

HIKING TOUR
It´s a jungle out there and we will guide you through it!

We´ll start at the Rancho Sierra Madre and head into some of the most exciting jungle in the area of Puerto Vallarta. You will experience, firsthand, the exuberant growth and lush vegetation that exemplifies this tropical rainforest. You will be surrounded by amazing colors and sounds as you see and hear the local wildlife, plants and flowers. On your trail, your knowledgeable Eco-guide will point out different types of flora and fauna of the Mexican countryside and answer all your questions.

We’ll then head off to La Canastilla Ranch where you will have the opportunity to refresh yourself in our “natural bath-tub” filled with volcanic mineral spring water.

After your hike, at the ranch you will enjoy a lunch of Mexican fare with your choice of beef, chicken or vegetarian fajitas, all served on handmade corn tortillas. B I K I N G
Starting from Rancho Sierra Madre, on our 21 gear, full suspension mountain bikes you will be exploring the essence of Mexico, at a pace designed for your riding experience. Riders of all ages and abilities will enjoy their 5, 8 or 12 mile ride amongst tropical fruit plantations, rustic towns and an abundance of wildlife. During your ride the tour will be followed by a relief vehicle in radio contact with your knowledgeable guide at all times.

After your ride at the ranch you will enjoy a lunch of Mexican fare with your choice of beef, chicken or vegetarian fajitas, all served on handmade corn tortillas. BASS FISHING
This is full-day (12 hour) tour. Than takes us through some of Pacific Mexico's most scenic countryside to Cajon de Peña. This beautiful 7,000 acre lake, an hour and a half from Puerto Vallarta, lies in the pine-covered foot hills of the Sierras.
But enough of the scenery - you've come to fish!
The Lake is stocked with Large Mouth and Florida Bass and the Lake record is 13 pounds. We provide everything you need to catch an equally impressive specimen; boat, Fishing gear and expert guides who know where, among the submerged ruins of the town of Santiago, the big ones lurk.

A delicious lunch is served in our clubhouse on the shore of the Lake and Icy cold beer and soft drinks are Free and always readily available

We also have Overnight in our rustic Mahogany and Palapa Cabaña, to Fish the sunrise and sunset in this truly magnificent Lake. (License aprox. $10.00 usd)
